Yah Supreme - A Different Kinda Rapper - 2026
Three of the unreleased tracks feature fellow MC Technique, while vocalist Julia Wilson adds soulful warmth to one standout recording, expanding the album's musical palette without losing its raw underground identity. Completing the authentic presentation, the artwork features original 1990s photography by James Petrozzello, with the final design created by Cors One, capturing the visual language of the golden age.
More than an archival release, 'A Different Kinda Rapper' is a rediscovered chapter of New York underground hip-hop where jazz-inspired production, adventurous songwriting and uncompromising lyricism came together naturally. Decades later, these recordings remain as fresh, soulful and forward-thinking as ever, confirming Yah Supreme and Cave Precise as one of the era's most underrated creative partnerships." - courtesy of 90's Tapes

DJ Madsol Desar & Krumbsnatcha - On The Block For A Minute (1997-2000)
Later in 1997, Madsol relocated to New York City to fully pursue his music career as a producer, DJ, and recording artist. That same year, he founded Hi-Rise Records, one of New York City's premier independent underground hip-hop labels. Bridging the gap between the streets and the industry, Hi-Rise Records became known for its authentic lyricism and uncompromising production. The label released the first official recording by Immortal Technique and went on to release acclaimed underground recordings featuring Talib Kweli, Esoteric, The Last Emperor, and other influential artists.
Hip-Hop Enterprise now proudly presents a project with previously unreleased recordings from DJ Madsol Desar and Krumbsnatcha. We have one track recorded in 1997 at D&D Studios Brooklyn, NY and we have 4 tracks recorded in 2000 at Frame of Art Studios also located in Brooklyn, NY. On the B-Side, we will have all the instrumentals of the project. The timeless production of Madsol combined with vintage Krumb Snatcha from the Snatcha Season era is a definite winner!" - courtesy of Hip Hop Enterprise

Sunz Of Man - Da Last Future - 2026
" The legacy of Sunz Of Man returns in a powerful and carefully restored form with Da Last Future, a release that bridges past and present in a way never heard before. This project is more than just an album, it’s a reconstruction of history, offering listeners a renewed perspective on some of the group’s most essential material.
Before they were known as Sunz Of Man, the group originally operated under the name Da Last Future. In 1994, they released their very first 12” single, marking the beginning of their journey. At that time, the foundation of the crew was formed by four core emcees: Hell Razah, Prodigal Sunn, 7th Ambassador, and Killah Priest, alongside producer Su-Preme. As the group evolved into Sunz Of Man, the lineup expanded with the addition of 60 Second Assassin (notably Ol' Dirty Bastard’s cousin) and Shabazz the Disciple, further shaping their identity.
By 1995, the group had secured a deal with Wu-Tang/Priority Records, solidifying their place within the extended Wu-Tang movement. Their rise culminated in the release of The Last Shall Be First in 1998, a landmark album that reached No. 20 on the Billboard 200 and No. 7 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart, cementing their legacy in hip-hop history.
A number of tracks featured on Da Last Future originate from The First Testament, but they appear here in reworked versions, presented with entirely new mixes. Several mid-90s unreleased tracks also appear on the project, further enriching this deep dive into the group’s early era. For the first time ever, these recordings are available in their highest possible quality, the result of an extensive audio restoration process carried out by multiple skilled sound engineers. Every effort has been made to preserve the original spirit while elevating the sound to modern standards.
The outcome is nothing less than the best, cleanest, and most refined Sunz Of Man material ever released on a physical format, delivering a listening experience that does justice to the group’s enduring influence and raw artistry." - courtesy of Back2DaSource Records

The Colored Section - Bomb M.C. - 1998
" Originally released in 1998, "Bomb M.C." is the only full-length album by Los Angeles underground outfit The Colored Section. Comprised of Coke, Che'ski and DJ Homicide, the group crafted a distinctive sound that stood apart from the dominant trends of the era. Rooted in classic boom-bap yet enriched with off-kilter rhythms, dusty samples and understated grooves, the album balances raw energy with remarkable musical sophistication.
Much of the production was handled by Coke, formerly associated with Mad Kap, whose ear for stripped-back yet deeply effective beats gives the record its unique identity. Rather than chasing radio appeal, The Colored Section embraced originality, sharp lyricism and a laid-back West Coast sensibility that resonated strongly within the independent Hip-Hop community.
Although "Bomb M.C." remained largely overlooked upon its release, it gradually earned cult status among collectors and underground rap enthusiasts. Today, it is celebrated as one of the most underrated releases of its time - an album that captures the creativity and adventurous spirit of late-1990s independent hip-hop. " - courtesy of 90's Tapes

The Outfit - The Soundtrack To Life - 2026
" Recorded between 1995-1999 and originally released in 1999, "The Soundtrack To Life" stands as the sole full-length statement by The Outfit, an underground hip-hop collective from Delaware. At a time when commercial rap increasingly dominated the charts, the group embraced a more thoughtful and organic approach rooted in classic boom-bap traditions. Soulful samples, warm jazz-infused production and introspective lyricism define the album's character, offering an alternative to the glossy sound of the era.
Far from seeking mainstream attention, The Outfit focused on authenticity and substance. "The Soundtrack To Life" unfolds like a personal diary, touching on everyday experiences, aspirations and social observations with sincerity and maturity. Although the record never achieved widespread commercial success, it has earned respect among collectors and fans of mid-to-late-1990s independent Hip-Hop. More than two decades after its release, the album remains a hidden gem and a testament to an era when craftsmanship and message mattered as much as style. " - courtesy of 90's Tapes
Available in a limited run on 2LP (350 copies), CD in jewel case (300 copies), MC (100 copies). Includes 5 bonus songs, 4 of them are from their 12" released in 1997 on Oblique Recordings Inc.
