New Dawn Records are pleased to announce the release of the new single "The Smoothest" by New York State rapper and producer duo Tone Chop and Frost Gamble. Featuring fellow upstate marksmen Decon Blu and Pa Pa Fresh, the latter also lacing the joint with additional cuts, this is the third single from the Binghamton pair's album "Beautiful Foundations" out on May 15th.
