Here is the only official single released by Da Punisherrs, a duo comprised of Rhyme Recka & Overlord Guess who were original members of the legendary Brooklyn-based Nexx Level Click.
"Run" came out in 1994 on the B-side of Smoothe Da Hustler's first single "Hustlin'" and was produced by D/R Period for Nexx Level Entertainment. No need to introduce D/R Period after all his work done for MCs or groups such like M.O.P, Flatlinerz, Smoothe Da hustler, Trigger Da Gambler, Shyheim, just to name a few... his 90s hardcore productions are highly recognizable and he highly participated to the birth of Horrorcore Music.
An unreleased Punisherrs album fully produced by D/R Period entitled "Capitol Punishment" was recorded by the group, but it never saw the light of day and from what I know it seems that all the masters are lost. A rip of the demos exists ... It comes from an old tape dropped by OverLord Guess on Soundcloud with a very bad sound quality but it's better than nothing...
