Mattic aka Doctor Outer is an American emcee from North Carolina who moved to France in 2014 and who is now based in my area (Le Havre - Normandy / France). For those who don't know him, you need to know that he is a former member of the group named The Others hailing from Charlotte, NC. 

They released their first and only album "Past Futuristic" on Third Earth Music in 2004. After that he worked with Wax Taylor and many other artists... He also dropped a very good album named "The Adventures Of Doctor Outer" in 2014, which was released on vinyl on Phonosaurus Records. Check his Bandcamp to listen to his other projects.

 "Plush (Hooper Mixtape)" and "Wet Life (Act 1)" are his last mixtapes, which have been dropped for fun with not much promotion... Proof that real Hip-Hop cats still exist ... Enjoy !
