Ha, when I saw this I was hoping there was going to be audio with this. As far as I know nothing from this guy or his crew has been released or has even turned up. Been wanting to hear this shit since this was in The Source way back in the day. You can't even find any info about him outside of reference to this article, as far as I can tell dude is a ghost.
Yeah I'm one of those Canadian people who had never heard of him before he was in the Source and has never heard about him after. This piece is frustrating though, since it doesn't even give a location, just Ontario, Canada. Geographically, Ontario is 1.5 times the size of Texas (but with far fewer people) so he could be from damn near anywhere. My guess is he's from the T.O. area, since not only is it by far the province's biggest urban center, but also the only city in the entire country that at the time had a truly established hip-hop community widely recognized outside of its region. It's a shame though, sounds like his demo was dope. There's a lot of Unsigned Hype artists that blew up large, but also a bunch that never got any kind of shine whatsoever outside of the Source. As people keep stumbling across old demos and posting them for the world to hear, it definitely should give us hope that some day we may finally hear what the Source was telling us about 20 something years ago.
