12" - 1994 - Nerve Deafness Recordings
In 1994 , the L.A based group The Ill Brothers or Ill Brothers Project (IBP) dropped a 12" composed of 6 tracks, released on the Label Nerve Deafness Recordings. The main single of the wax is the excellent "Mescaline - The Funky Dope Maneuver" produced by Dj Homicide. The other tracks are produced by The Ill Brothers, Dj Homicide and Zulu Gremlin.
"Snikaze McSweeny & Ill Brother Chatone met during High School Geometry Class in 1988. They both immediately recognized that they were both deep into Hip-Hop Music and Culture. ILL Brother Chat invited Snikaze to kick rhymes over beats at his house, Shit was dope so it became official. Later they met underground locals : Emcee, Jay Jaballas & Turntablist, DJ G-Wiz. The Ill Brothers Posse was now in full effect. Tired of trying to get signed to a major Label , They decided go their own route and make their own records." - Ill Brothers
