Raw, stripped-down beats meet direct writing, grounded in everyday life, inner tension, and personal outlook. The sound is rooted in classic hip-hop and strongly echoes French 90s rap, made for head-nods with a contemporary European vibe.

Here is the re-up of two mixtapes originally released in 2008 by the excellent Swiss label SWC Records. These are volumes 1 & 3 of the "Straight from the Top" series, with DJ Eagle and Madkid on the decks. A good selection of independent and underground tracks is on the menu. Enjoy !
