In 2005, a collective of four hip-hop producers from Helsinki, Finland called the Recluse Crew (Staffro, Benny Ben, Jake the Break & Flam a.k.a Flamtastik) teamed up with a group from the Twin Cities area (Minneapolis and Saint Paul, MN) called Synoptic Pressure (Dispute One, Lojik Reazon, Mikchek and Live Wire) to drop their debut album "The Art of Raw Sound" on the Finnish label Kool Kat Records.

Da Head Huntaz - I Wreck The Mic - 1993

Da Head Huntaz was a group from Boston, MA formed in 1993 and comprised of Boots a.k.a The Maestro Z.O.O.M. and Benny Ben. They originally recorded "I Wreck The Mic" in 1992 and released it on wax on Joka Records in 1993. The single features Ripshop (of Mikst Nutz) and is available in 2 different versions, the "Original Mix" version on the A-side with cuts done by Benny Ben and the "Funky Sax Mix" version on the B-side with cuts done by D.J. M&M from Boston's WERS 88.9's Rap Explosion Radio Show. All the tracks are fully produced by Benny Ben.
