This 12" came out in 1993 on Actual entertainment. It was released by a group called Low End, hailing from Philadelphia, PA and consisted of Buzzmatic and Rell Grand (RIP) who passed not to long after the release of the record. According to Buzz, they just graduated from High School when they did this... 200 copies were pressed and they didn't sell any, they just gave them out for free ! 

2 tracks are recorded on the 12", "Where Ya At?" on the A-side which is the main single of the record and "Five Broke" on the B-side, both produced by L Jackson.
