Information about Da Madd Klique, also known as D.M.K., is scarce as those affiliated with the group don't seem interested in talking about it.. What can be confirmed is that the crew came out of the Abbottsford Projects in North Philadelphia and was comprised of five members : Faah, Talu, Tre-Shot, DJ Pac Midi and DJ True Self.
Their one and only single "Come Wit It / R.E.A.L." was dropped in 1997 on vinyl and cassette through the independent label Black House Entertainment, which was run by Nasir Black.
The record features the track "Come Wit It" on the A-side, which is without a doubt the standout cut and definitely the main reason this 12" is worth picking up. The second track "R.E.A.L", appears on the B-side in its Radio Edit and instrumental versions. All the productions were handled by DJ True Self.
