In 2005, MF Grimm released "Scars & Memories", a unique project that lies somewhere between a compilation, a personal memoir, and an act of redemption. More than just an album, it stands as a sonic testimony to a life scarred but not silenced.
MF Grimm, real name Percy Carey, isn't your typical MC. A survivor of an attempted murder, a former drug dealer, and confined to a wheelchair since 1994, he represents a darker often overlooked side of New York’s hip-hop landscape. "Scars & Memories" acts like an audio museum of his chaotic life made of rare and unreleased tracks recorded between 1990 and 2005.
In collaboration with MF Grimm, Hip-Hop Enterprise is now proud to present you a limited reissue on vinyl, CD and for the first time on tape as well. Don't Sleep Fellas!
Available on OBI Transparant Vinyl w/ Red & Black Splatters (DRW Exclusive TBA Soon) (200 copies), Transparant Vinyl w/ Blood Splatters (100 copies), Black Vinyl (200 copies), CD (200 copies) & Cassettes (100 copies)
